1. Choose the piece you want to exchange. If the piece you want isn't in stock, we will send you a similar one.

2. Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with your order number. Afterwards, you'll need to send the old piece with your order number to "C/Sant Pere Més Alt, 46. Principal 4ta · 08003 Barcelona" to be exchanged.

3. You will receive your order within 2-3 working days after we've received the piece you want to exchange.
